Orlando Mendes, PhD candidate in Agroclimatic characterization of the coastal regions of Guinea-Bissau and its influence on the production of mangrove rice within the framework of the Malmon-DeSIRA project at IGOT – University of Lisbon and Associate Researcher of the Zephyrus group of the Centro do Estudos Geografico CEG – IGOT .
Master in Climate Change and Sustainable Development and diploma of Engineer in Agrometeorology at the AGRHYMET Regional Center, Niamey Niger.
