Biosketch

Was the coordinator, technical reviewer and co-editor of the Final Report of the 8th World Water Forum (2018); Has over 15 years of experience on management of water resources, working at the National Water and Basic Sanitation Agency of Brazil – ANA; Has published scientific papers in Congresses and International Seminars on the process of regulation and regulation of dam safety in Brazil; Participated in many technical projects involving improvements in water management and governance at ANA, some of which culminated in official publications of the Brazilian government; Presents over 1,000 hours in technical and scientific improvement courses, including international courses with the USGS and USACE-USA; OECD, European Union, SIWI-Sweden; Has experience in field activities in Brazil, including dam safety risk assessment, river flow measurement, efficiency assessment of irrigation systems, etc.
