Biosketch
Mariana Casal-Ribeiro holds a Bachelor degree (2015) and a Master degree (2018) in hotel management by Estoril Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotel Studies.
She is currently a PhD student in tourism at Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning, University of Lisbon (IGOT-ULisboa) and a FCT grantee for her doctoral research in tourism crisis management and destination recovery, through the case study of COVID-19 pandemic in Lisbon.
