PhD in Geography (2016) at the Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning of the University of Lisbon. Degree in Economics from the State University of Western Paraná – UNIOESTE/Campus Toledo (2005). MSc in Regional Development from the University of Santa Cruz do Sul – UNISC (2008). Professor of Economics at the UNIOESTE/Campus Toledo. Professor and Coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Regional Development and Agribusiness (PGDRA) at UNIOESTE/Campus Toledo. Researcher at the Center for Regional Development (NDR) (www.ndrunioeste.com.br) and Research Group on Regional Development and Agribusiness – GEPEC by UNIOESTE / Toledo and in Research Group of Modelling, Urban and Regional Planning (MOPT) of the Center for Geographical Studies (CEG) of the University of Lisbon (www.mopt.org.pt/). He has experience in economics, with emphasis on Regional Development, acting on the following topics: regional analysis methods, regional and local development, regional economy, space economics and geoprocessing, distribution of economic activities, regional dynamics, higher education and development.
