Biosketch
Guest Lecturer at IGOT-ULISBOA, he is integrated in the research group on Climate Change and Environmental Systems (ZEPHYRUS). Between 1989 and 2000 he was a researcher at the Institute for Tropical Scientific Research, during which time he devoted himself to the study of the climate of tropical regions, particularly Cape Verde. In addition to his continued interest in the study of these regions, his research interests focus on climate variability, analysis and evaluation of climate risks and climatology applied to land use planning.
